DRONE SHOW SAFETY PLANNING

Drone Show Safety and Weather Postponement Plan

Use this page to prepare the safety, equipment and delivery information needed before a public drone show quotation.

1. Site and audience review

Confirm launch and recovery areas, audience boundaries, nearby structures, access routes, emergency landing options, lighting conditions and the local approval workflow before selecting fleet size.

2. Weather decision records

Define wind, rain, visibility and lightning decision points in advance. Keep a named decision owner, rehearsal cutoff, postponement window and customer communication record so the operating team can act consistently.

3. Fleet and crew readiness

Match aircraft count, spare units, batteries, chargers, control links, software files, pilot roles and observer coverage to the approved show plan. Record preflight checks and maintenance status before transport.

4. Procurement and delivery documents

A practical quote should identify the equipment package, animation and software scope, training, first-show support, spare parts, weather contingency and acceptance criteria.
